How to cook magical gyoza dumplings

How to make it

1. Place the dumplings in a frying pan that is not turned on and add 200cc of water and 1 tablespoon of oil.
② Turn the heat to high and wait until it boils.
3) Once it has come to a complete boil, cover and set a timer for 5 minutes.
④After 4 minutes have passed, check the amount of water inside, and if there are no problems, replace the lid and wait the remaining 1 minute.

*It's fine as long as hot water is pooled all over the bottom!
If the surface area of ​​the frying pan is reduced to about 1/2 to 2/3, it is dangerous!
Add just a little bit of water. A good rule of thumb is 30-50cc.

⑤After 5 minutes, keep the heat as it is and keep the lid closed. Press down on the lid and tilt the frying pan slightly to move the hot water at the bottom around the entire pan. This will help the water evaporate evenly and quickly, and the browning will be relatively even!

⑥Check the color of the food. The recommended time to check is about 40 to 60 seconds after closing the lid and waiting 5 minutes.
When it starts to give off a fragrant aroma, it's a good indication that it's done.
Turn off the heat, wait about 15 seconds, and then open the lid to stop the oil splattering and prevent the surrounding area from getting dirty!
Remove any that have a nice brown colour from the oven, and cover any that are not quite browned again and continue cooking until they are nicely browned.
