How to fry fried dumplings
[Notes when making fried dumplings]
Oil splashes are bound to occur during frying.
Please ensure safety and fry with great care.
Frying in a small amount of oil can cause the oil to splatter violently, which can be dangerous, so be sure to fry in plenty of oil.
Do not thaw before frying, always fry while still frozen.
1. Set the oil temperature to 160℃ and add the frozen dumplings.
*Oil splatter is inevitable during frying! Please be very careful when frying!
② Adjust the heat to keep the temperature at 160℃. If you want a deep golden brown color, increase the temperature to 170-180℃ to speed up the coloring.
③After 5 minutes it will be cooked through, and once it's the color you like it's done!
