How to boil dumplings

What you need to cook

  • Pot (deep, such as a saucepan)
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • dish
  • A fishing net (useful for scooping up fish)

How to make it

1) Put water in a pot and turn on the heat.

*If there is enough water for the dumplings to circulate in the water, they will cook well.

It depends on the diameter of the pot, but a good rule of thumb is 1 to 1.5 liters for 5 to 10 dumplings.

② Once it boils, add the dumplings and set the timer for 7 minutes.

Keep heat on high until it comes to a boil again.

*If you use a net when pouring the water, the hot water will not splash and you won't have to worry about getting burned.

③ Once the water boils again, adjust the heat so that the dumplings can dance in the water.

④After 7 minutes, remove the dumplings and place them on a plate.

*If you drop the pulled out dumplings into cold water and the dough tightens, they will have a chewy texture!
